Rollout process

Companies buy and roll out through GEN-LMS distribution partners, from the first consultation to your employees' first lesson.

  1. Consultation

    The partner reviews your current training and works with you to identify mandatory courses and the employee groups to prioritise.

  2. Proposal and quote

    The partner sends a rollout plan by department together with a quote based on licenses and contract term.

  3. System setup

    The partner sets up a dedicated workspace for your company; your administrator imports the employee list from an Excel or CSV file exported from your existing HR system.

  4. Go live

    Assign courses, set deadlines and track progress. The system sends reminders and updates reports automatically.

Where do we buy the system, and how is it priced?

Companies buy through GEN-LMS distribution partners. Pricing is per license and contract term, and each license covers one learner regardless of how many courses they take. The partner sends a quote based on your size and the courses you choose.

Can we reclaim a seat when an employee leaves?

Yes. An administrator deactivates the account to free the seat and assign it to a new employee. The former employee's learning records and certificates are kept for compliance purposes.

Can we upload our own internal training content?

Yes. You can upload your own videos, documents and quizzes, and learners access them alongside the course library in the same interface. Partners can also build courses around your company's own processes.

Do you support single sign-on (SSO)?

Yes. During rollout the system is connected to your identity provider, such as Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. Until the integration is complete, employees sign in with accounts issued by their administrator.

How long does rollout take?

Your company can start on the first working day: importing the staff list from an Excel or CSV file creates accounts for everyone. Single sign-on (SSO) integration takes additional time and requires coordination with your IT team.

How is learner data handled?

Data is used only to run learning activities and produce reports for your company. Details are set out in our privacy policy and the service agreement.
