Verify a certificate
Look up and verify a certificate issued by GEN LMS: enter the certificate code to confirm the holder's name, the course and its validity in seconds.
The code is printed at the bottom of the certificate, next to “Verification code”. You can paste the whole link too.
Three steps, no account needed.
It is at the bottom of the certificate (paper or PDF), next to “Verification code”.
Type or paste the code. Upper or lower case does not matter, and missing hyphens are fine.
Match the name, course and date with the certificate in your hands. If any detail differs, ask the issuer.
Retype every character (O/0 and I/1 are easy to confuse) or paste the link printed on the certificate. If it is still not found, the certificate may have been issued by another organisation or not recorded — contact GEN LMS for verification.
Some courses set a validity period (for example, workplace safety must be refreshed every year). The certificate is genuine but past its date; the holder needs to retake the course for a new one.
The issuer can revoke a certificate when an error or fraud is found. The reason, if given, is shown in the result.
Yes. The page returns only the name and course tied to the exact code you enter; there is no way to browse a list or search by name.
No. The certificate is issued by the training provider to confirm that the learner completed the course under its own programme. It is not an official diploma or certificate issued by a state authority, nor a professional practice licence. Whether to accept it is up to the organisation receiving it.
Results come straight from the system that issued the certificate, not from a hand-typed copy.
Name, course, issue date and validity. No email, phone number or learning data is shown.
Employers, partners and regulators can all check, with no account.
Send the certificate code to GEN LMS and we will check it for you.
